Lamb carcasses are assumed to be 25kg dressed weight. If there is a variance in this, we will either arrange a refund for the correct weight, or raise an additional bill if any more is to be paid.After payment of $450, we will be in touch with you to discuss pickup or delivery options and confirm your cutting requests.If you would like us to vac-seal the lamb, an additional charge of $25 will apply.From order to delivery is usually 3 working days for you.
